Indoor Spaces

Living Room

The main room is cozy and full of light, with lake views from full-length windows. A small table with four chairs is perfect for meals or work. A cushioned bench lines one wall, and the sofa can convert into a bed if you have guests. Curtains throughout the house give privacy when needed.

Kitchen

Compact but functional, the kitchen is split into two areas.
• In the main living space: fridge, cupboard, oven, and four-burner stovetop.
• A few steps up: a sink and drainer, second fridge, extra cupboards, and a walk-in pantry with plenty of shelves.
The kitchen is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and all the cutlery and dishes you’ll need.

Bedroom

With its glass doors, tiled floor, and soft curtains, the bedroom feels clean and calming.

The king-size bed has under-bed storage and a built-in safety box in the headboard.

You’ll also find a wardrobe and shelving for your belongings. A square table with three chairs sits by the windows – ideal for journaling, working, or simply enjoying the view.

Bathroom

The space features an oval bathtub with an overhead shower and privacy curtain—perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse after a day in the village. A window above the bathtub offers a peaceful view of the garden and includes blinds for privacy and soft natural light.

The tiled floor and matching vanity create a clean, cohesive look, while a spacious single basin is set beneath a full-width mirror—ideal for your morning or evening routine. Practical open shelving below the sink and a compact unit with two drawers offer convenient storage for your essentials.

At the far end, a well-positioned toilet completes this calm, functional space.

Outdoor Living

Private Garden & Palapa

Surrounded by lush trees, hedges, and flowering shrubs, the garden offers privacy and a deep sense of peace. At the far end, a built-in concrete bench looks out toward the lake, with the impressive San Pedro volcano rising just beyond the hedge.

Winding paths and lawned areas guide you past plants and trees to a spacious palapa, complete with curtains and a cool concrete floor. Here, you can unwind in a hammock or relax on the small sofa, enjoying filtered lake views through the greenery.

A table with two chairs invites you to dine outdoors and soak in the tranquil beauty of the lake and volcanoes—perfect for morning coffee or dinner as the sun sets behind the mountains.
