Wake up with the sun spilling through the windows. Gaze out over the lake while sipping your morning coffee or flowing through a yoga session. With a king-size bed, cozy fireplace, and a flexible layout, this loft is ideal for both short and extended stays. The roof terrace adds even more room to relax and enjoy the view.

Indoor Spaces

Living & Dining Area

A wide, open space with polished concrete floors and red cedar details. A large sofa faces the fireplace, perfect for cool evenings. Wall-to-wall windows frame the lake and let in plenty of natural light. A hammock by the window offers a quiet spot to daydream or read.

The square dining table seats four and is positioned to take full advantage of the views. A fitted desk with a chair makes it easy to stay connected or get creative.

Sleeping Area

The elevated sleeping platform features a king-size bed with an orthopedic mattress. Soft silk curtains can be drawn for privacy. A built-in lockable safe is hidden in the headboard.

Next to the bed is a spacious walk-in-wardrobe with shelves, drawers, and a hanging rail — perfect for keeping your living space clear and calm.

Bathroom

The main bathroom includes a polished cement bathtub with a shower over it. A window with a blind lets in light and offers a glimpse of the lake. There’s a separate toilet for added comfort and privacy.

Kitchen

This fully equipped kitchen features a red cedar breakfast bar with five stools, ideal for sharing meals or working at your own pace. Polished concrete countertops, a four-burner stove with oven, and a large fridge/freezer make cooking easy and enjoyable.
You’ll also find a coffee machine, blender, toaster, and all the utensils, glassware, and cookware you need.

Outdoor Living

The rooftop terrace — shared with the neighboring Loft Nazca — is a true highlight. Set among tropical gardens, it offers a shaded palapa with two loungers, a hammock, and a coffee table.

It’s a peaceful place to soak in the views, take a nap, or enjoy an evening drink under the stars.
