Indoor Spaces
Lounge/Dining Area
A generous open space holds a king-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, a large sofa and coffee table, a desk and chair, and a square dining table with seating for four. The bed features a secure bedhead safe, and the desk is ideal for working with a view.
Sliding picture windows stretch across the entire front of the loft, flooding the room with light and offering captivating lake views from nearly every angle.
A hammock is suspended in front of the windows—the perfect perch for reading or relaxing.

The ceiling above is glass-covered and bamboo-lined, diffusing natural light and adding texture to the space. Polished concrete floors run throughout. A fan is provided for added comfort.
Curtains can be drawn to divide the space for privacy or to create a second sleeping area.
Kitchen
Located at the rear of the loft, the practical kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools for three.
It’s well-stocked with a fridge/freezer, four-burner stovetop and oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and glassware.
Open shelves and cupboards make storage simple and efficient.

Bathroom & Toilet
The bathroom includes a polished concrete bathtub with a shower overhead. Large windows on two sides allow light and lake views, with blinds available for privacy. There’s a single sink with vanity.
A separate toilet and hand basin are located nearby, adding extra convenience.
Walk-in Wardrobe
A large walk-in wardrobe offers ample storage with hanging space, drawers, shelving, and an iron for your use.

Outdoor Living
Rooftop Terrace
Nazca shares a spacious rooftop terrace with neighboring Copa Cabana, though each has its own designated area. Under a bamboo palapa, you’ll find two loungers, a hammock, and a small coffee table, all with a view of the lake.
It’s a peaceful spot for morning yoga, afternoon work sessions, or simply reclining with a glass of wine as you watch fishermen drift by or ferries cross the water.
The surrounding gardens are full of birdsong and blooming trees, making this elevated terrace feel like a sanctuary.
