Indoor Spaces

Kitchen and Living Area

The combined kitchen and living room opens onto the lower patio through full-length sliding glass doors. Curtains allow for privacy when needed. You can also access this space from the upper patio via two small steps. The polished concrete floor, natural stone walls, and warm redwood ceiling add rustic elegance.

A sofa (which converts to a bed) and a coffee table furnish the living space. Along the rear wall runs the kitchen with cypress countertops and ample storage in drawers and curtained shelving. Upper shelves hold essentials and kitchenware.

The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, four-burner stovetop with oven, single sink with drainer, and appliances such as a coffee machine, blender, and toaster.

You’ll find everything you need for preparing meals—pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, and crockery.

Bedroom

Cool and serene, the bedroom has polished concrete floors, red cedar ceilings, and natural stone accents. It features a queen-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress, fitted wardrobes, and a built-in shelving unit. A wall-mounted mirror reflects natural light and makes the space feel airy.

Two desks offer flexible work or reading spots—one built-in with a chair and another facing the sliding glass doors, perfect for enjoying the view while working. Full-length curtains provide privacy. There’s also a nightstand and a bookcase/shelving unit for additional storage.

Bathroom

Accessed from the patio, the bathroom features a rain shower with curtain, a toilet, and a washbasin with a mirror above and storage cabinet below. Stone walls and polished concrete flooring add character. Hooks and a shelf opposite the basin offer practical space for towels and clothing.

Outdoor Living

Patios

Steps from the garden lead to two generous, covered patios surrounded by lush vegetation. The upper patio features a hammock and an outdoor sofa for lounging while enjoying the lake view toward Santiago. The lower patio is ideal for outdoor dining, with a square table and four chairs.

Garden and Palapa

The garden is enclosed for privacy and filled with hedges, flowering shrubs, climbing plants, and shady trees—including your very own papaya tree. A garden palapa with concrete flooring offers a peaceful space with a hammock. Whether relaxing, meditating, or doing yoga, it’s a perfect outdoor retreat.
