The space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flow, with an open-plan layout that suits both relaxed living and focused work. Whether you’re curled up with a book by the fire or swaying in the hammock listening to birdsong, this is a loft where tranquility comes naturally.

A hammock is strung in front of the lake-facing windows, offering a serene spot for naps or daydreaming. An open fireplace adds warmth and ambience.
Sleeping Area
The king-size bed with orthopedic mattress is positioned to enjoy lake and garden views.
A lockable safety box is hidden in the bedhead.
Taffeta curtains can be drawn to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the loft, creating a cozy retreat within the open space.
Walk-in Wardrobe & Toilet
Next to the entrance, you’ll find a separate toilet with a hand basin and mirror, plus a walk-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves, drawers, and an iron.
Bathroom
Located lakeside, the bathroom features a polished concrete bathtub with a shower overhead, a single basin with storage underneath, and a large window with lake views. A blind offers privacy when needed.

A private garden space is allocated exclusively to the loft. Here you’ll find:
