Living, Kitchen & Dining

The open-plan layout is bright and spacious. Picture windows on two sides frame the lake and surrounding plants, while glazed panels above bring in even more light. Soft drapes offer shade, and stone accent walls add character.

The fireplace sits in the heart of the space, creating a cozy focal point. A square dining table for four is placed near the windows, so every meal comes with a view of the lake and volcanoes.

Next to the side windows is a cushioned sofa and coffee table—an inviting spot to relax with a cup of tea or a good book.

Kitchen

At the back of the loft, the kitchen is compact yet well-equipped. A polished concrete breakfast bar with three stools opens to the living area.

There’s a four-burner stove with oven, double sink, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, blender, and toaster. Plenty of open shelves and cabinets hold cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

Bedroom & Office

The bedroom space is tucked into the back corner, separated by curtains for added privacy.

The king-size bed features an orthopedic mattress and a built-in safe in the headboard. A large wardrobe with shelves, drawers, and hanging space keeps things tidy.

Beside the bed, a built-in L-shaped desk offers a quiet, practical space to work. With its peaceful surroundings and natural light, it’s ideal for remote work or creative projects..

Bathroom

The bathroom offers a true moment of calm. Windows on two sides bring in light and lake views, with blinds for privacy when needed. The polished concrete bathtub has a shower above, and there’s a vanity unit with sink, mirror, cabinet, and hooks for towels and clothes.

Toilet

The toilet is located separately for ease and convenience.

Raised Platform

Next to the windows and just opposite the front door, a raised red cedar platform offers flexible use.

Use it for yoga, meditation, or as a sleeping space with a double mattress. You can even string a hammock here and let the breeze carry you into rest.

Outdoor Living

Step through your private garden gate into a world of greenery. A paved path lined with flowering plants leads you past a shaded palapa and down to the loft.

The palapa is a lovely outdoor room with a thatched roof, cushioned seating, a dining table, hammock, and lighting – perfect for working, dining, or unwinding at any hour. Surrounded by trees and vibrant blooms, it’s one of the most peaceful spots on the property.

The garden around the loft is full of flowering shrubs and tropical plants. It’s private and quiet, yet close to the heart of Pasajcap.
